Meet Our Team
Owner, Yoga Instructor
Kelly is the owner of Peace, Love and Wellness located in downtown Warren, PA. She is a Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, and Registered Dental Hygienist.
Kelly has been practicing yoga for about 10 years. She took her initial class at her local gym and was amazed by how she felt physically and mentally after just one class. She has been evolving her practice ever since. She began teaching yoga in 2017 so that she could share the benefits a yoga practice can have on one's life. Kelly teaches a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Buti Yoga, and Yin Yoga. She also loves taking Yoga out on the water and teaches on stand up paddle boards (SUP) in the summer! She loves explaining the difference in styles and helping clients find a class to best suit their needs.
Kelly received her RYT 200 yoga training through Buti Yoga program which is recognized through Yoga Alliance. She dedicates time each year to studies and training to advance her teachings.
Kelly moved back to Warren in 2017 with her family and loves all things Jesus, coffee, dogs and yoga. When she’s not working you’ll find her spending time with her family, reading, gardening and getting out in the beautiful nature that surrounds Warren County.
Kristen is a Yoga Teacher specializing in Buti Yoga and other yoga styles like Primal Flow and Vinyasa Flow. Fitness is something she has always been passionate about. She has been a runner for 15+ years. Because she needed something a little less taxing on the body , she started doing yoga off and on. That practice never really stuck until she found Buti in December of 2018! She continued to practice and always KNEW she had to get certified. That opportunity came in October of 2019. This June she audited the program again and decided to move forward with her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Buti Yoga.
Rachel is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. She started doing yoga years ago as a way to de-stress her life and deal with depresssion. Soon she was at a crossroads in her life. She wanted a new career, but didn’t know what. A wise soul told her, in the immortal words of Joseph Campbell, “Follow your Bliss”. She immediately knew that she wanted to be a yoga teacher.
She went to a month-long, 200 hour intensive training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health to become certified and moved to the Warren area. She went back in 2006 to get further training in Life Force Yoga, a yoga practice designed to help with depression. In 2007, she returned yet again to get certified to teach prenatal yoga.
In addition to basic yoga classes, she also offer classes in yoga for depression, the Tibetan Rites, restorative yoga for headaches, insomnia, cold symptoms, and more. She offers private lessons, yoga for corporations, and prenatal yoga.
